The recommended way to apply to rent our properties is to fill out a Manly Management application form. Each adult applying to stay in the property will need to complete their own application form and supply the following
- rental reference nominee form (attached to application)
- employer reference nominee form (attached to application)
- privacy disclosure consent form (attached to application)
- latest three payslips for current work
- drivers licence / 18+ card & medicare card
- passport (if applicable)
Submitting your Application
We highly recommend submitting your application using our Hightail Uplink portal. This is super-simple and we receive your files and start processing your application immediately.
- Navigate to http://manlymanagement.com.au/upload
- Drag-and-drop the files you want to send
- Enter your name, email address & a message to identify the property you are applying for
- Press Upload
- Accept the terms – and you are done!
You are also very welcome to make an appointment to submit your application in person at our onsite office.
1form – a word of warning
Manly Management will accept 1form applications conditional on the information being checked prior to sending.
The premise of 1form is for the tenant to upload their personal details, ID and payslips in advance prior to applying for a property. These documents are then attached to all future 1form applications sent to agents.
We often find the details and documents are not regularly updated. This understandably causes confusion and delays when processing applications – imagine calling an employment reference on the application to be told you no longer work there!
